About Me

Hi. I am Dee Maddox-Hinton. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor. I support individuals, couples, groups and families with their mental and emotional health.

 

I have been working in private sector as a counsellor since 2002.

​

My focus involves abuse, dissociative behaviours, post-traumatic stress as well as the particular obstacles encountered by men, woman and children of all gender identities.

British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Registered since June 2005)

​

I have a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) certificate (formerly known as the CRB certificate). This is produced by the Government when checking criminal records and I can show you the certificate if required.

I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
